Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RevoPilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

RevoPilot is an AI-powered voice assistant for Logic Pro that helps music producers automate workflows, generate AI music through Suno AI, and control their Digital Audio Workstation through natural language commands.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use RevoPilot:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Have a valid Logic Pro license (10.7.4 or newer)
  • Run macOS 13 (Ventura) or newer
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Comply with all local, state, national, and international laws

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • One account per user; sharing accounts is prohibited

3.2 Beta Access

  • Beta invites are issued in waves based on priority scoring
  • Beta access does not guarantee continued access to future versions
  • Beta testers may be asked to provide feedback and bug reports
  • Beta features may be unstable and subject to change

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Beta Pricing

Beta access is currently free. Future pricing tiers will be announced with advance notice to beta users.

4.2 Planned Pricing (Subject to Change)

  • Free Tier: 5 voice sessions/day, basic features
  • Creator ($19.99/mo): Unlimited sessions, Suno AI integration, file storage
  • Pro ($49.99/mo): Multi-DAW support, custom training, API access
  • Studio ($99.99/mo): Team features, advanced analytics

4.3 Billing Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.4 Suno AI Credits

  • AI music generation requires Suno AI credits
  • Credits are purchased separately or included in paid plans
  • Credits expire per Suno AI's terms (typically 30 days)
  • Unused credits are non-refundable

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Collect or store personal data of other users
  • Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Generate content that violates Suno AI's content policy

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Rights

RevoPilot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RevoPilot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to your Logic Pro projects, recordings, and compositions. RevoPilot does not claim ownership of your creative work.

6.3 AI-Generated Music

  • Music generated through Suno AI is subject to Suno's license terms
  • You have commercial rights to AI-generated music per Suno's Pro plan
  • Attribution requirements apply per Suno AI's terms
  • RevoPilot is not responsible for copyright issues with AI-generated content

6.4 Feedback and Suggestions

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide about RevoPilot may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

7. Third-Party Services

RevoPilot integrates with:

  • Logic Pro: Requires valid Apple Logic Pro license
  • OpenAI GPT-4o: Subject to OpenAI's Terms of Service
  • Suno AI: Subject to Suno's Terms of Service and content policies
  • Apple Speech: Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy (if enabled)

We are not responsible for third-party services and their availability, terms, or policies.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of RevoPilot is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • Voice data is transcribed but not permanently stored
  • Conversation history is stored locally on your Mac
  • Logic Pro project metadata is accessed but audio files stay local
  • Usage analytics are collected to improve the service
  • You can opt-out of analytics and disable voice data collection

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 AI Accuracy

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • Voice recognition may misinterpret commands
  • Always review AI operations before applying to production projects
  • We are not responsible for data loss due to AI errors

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVOPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9.4 Data Backup

You are solely responsible for backing up your Logic Pro projects. Always save your work before using AI automation features.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may cancel your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity or payment issues
  • Illegal use of the Service
  • Harassment of other users or our staff
  • Excessive API usage or abuse

10.3 Effect of Termination

  • Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
  • Locally stored data remains on your Mac
  • Cloud-stored data will be deleted after 90 days
  • No refunds for unused subscription time (except as required by law)

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via:

  • Email notification to your registered email address
  • In-app notification when you next use the Service
  • Updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation between the parties
  • Binding arbitration (if negotiation fails)
  • Small claims court (for eligible disputes)
